- Collect, analyze, and interpret geographic information.
- Conduct various land surveys such as relocation, topographic, etc.
- Coordination with the contractors regarding site concerns
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review submitted plans and specifications versus initial plans for projects.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, fieldwork monitoring, and data processing activities.
- Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volumes, contours, or other features of land surfaces.
- Inspect work for adherence to plans and specifications and provisions of the contract.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor department head.
- Experienced in Land Development and Mass Housing Construction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Should be a Licensed Engineer - Geodetic Engineer
- At least with two (2) years Experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Willing to travel for field work
- Good communicaion skills
- Can Multitask and work independently
