Strategic Support:

• Assist the CEO in identifying and framing business problems, using data-driven insights to address strategic issues.
• Find, analyze, and interpret relevant data to provide solutions for strategic business challenges. Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research as needed.
• Present clear and actionable recommendations to management based on research findings and data analysis.

Project Management:

• Manage and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed in a timely manner.
• Apply project management and business planning expertise to support and execute strategic initiatives and investments.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the CEO, Business Development team, and other relevant stakeholders to support strategic and investment-related tasks.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistic, Economic / Business, Management, or related from reputable university
• Have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in the technology industry is preferred
• Have excellent project management and business planning expertise
• Analytical capability is critical in this role
• Recognize business processes around the enterprise and suggest ways to increase productivity
• Monitor initiative progress in a timely manner
