Job description

• Train, and onboard new tutors, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide effective educational support.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for tutors, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement professional development plans to enhance tutor skills and knowledge.
• Establish and enforce tutoring standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing training and workshops for tutors to enhance their teaching techniques and communication skills.
• Collect and analyze data on tutoring program effectiveness, tutor performance, and student outcomes

Required qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in tutoring, coaching, education, or educational program management
• Teaching or tutoring certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and effective tutoring & mentoring techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology and tutoring platforms.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of tutors.
