- Drive quality assurance efforts across our web-based products, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web applications
- Investigate, reproduce, and debug complex issues across production and staging environments
- Own and maintain regular feedback loops with users and stakeholders about quality issues
- Drive test strategy improvements and implement best practices for quality assurance
- Document and share knowledge of testing processes and learnings systematically
- Collaborate with product, design and development teams to understand user needs, requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Monitor and analyze test results using data-driven approaches
- Champion quality throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements to production deployment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3+ years of experience in web application testing
- Demonstrated ability to understand and translate user needs into comprehensive test scenarios
- Strong reliability record in delivering high-quality work and meeting commitments
- Experience in systematic documentation of test processes and learnings
- Proficiency in applying testing frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to maintain professional communication and manage expectations with stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving
- Experience with test case management and documentation
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (preferably TypeScript)
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks (preferably Playwright)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
