Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for performing tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company. She will be responsible for assisting and managing the concerns of the new and existing clients and will help achieve the sales target set by the management. The Senior Front Desk Associate will report directly to the Clinic Manager.
Will be in charge of:
- Administration tasks like scheduling, recording and maintaining clinic data, and supporting clinic staff
- Greeting patients and assisting patients in a professional yet warm and friendly manner
- Handling patient inquiries and recommending specific treatments and products being offered
- Coordinating logistics for daily order deliveries from the clinic
- Upselling our products to clients and customers
Additionally:
- Undergo training for all our facials, treatments, and products
- Support with training all new FDA on our services and SOPs
- Ensure our FDA’s are up to date and undergo regular refresher training.
- Support the Clinic Manager with daily tasks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for people who:
- Have positive energy and a happy disposition
- Passionate and eager to learn about the latest trends in the beauty industry through lectures and training
- Can provide top-notch customer service and work well as a team
- Are organized, professional, and tech-savvy
- Are good at remembering people, names and details
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working in a customer-facing setting (aesthetic clinic, hotel, etc.)
- Experience with sales is an advantage
- Comfortable using technology (ex. Microsoft Office, Zenoti)
- Willing to work in BGC or QC area
- Excellent English skills (verbal, written, listening)
Minimum Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
- Accept and validate completeness of client’s data and encode it to the company’s CRM.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product / service knowledge.
- Ensure correct and complete processing of sales transactions.
- Balance all reports, compile and forward sales documents to the Clinic Manager.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Ensure shipment and accuracy of inventory transactions.
- Coordinate logistics for order deliveries from the clinic.
- Generate, edit and publish messages such as texts and emails that will help build meaningful connections with the clients and encourage them to take action in purchasing products and services.
- Optimize use of Social media and ensure that messages and graphics / pictures that are published highly represent the company.
