- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee task management, ensuring creative projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards, while properly delegating responsibilities to the creative team
- Present in-progress work and deliver regular updates to the Creative Strategy Manager, integrating feedback for continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication between the creative team and other departments to streamline workflows, ensuring the team has all necessary information and resources to execute the vision effectively
- Develop and execute innovative multimedia solutions for Remedy’s brands, across both traditional and digital touchpoints
- Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity and voice
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and are free from any errors before final production.
- Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce high-quality work
- Offer hands-on support with execution when required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams, third-party agencies, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the development of user-centric designs, focusing on seamless user experiences and visually appealing interfaces
- Strong ability to articulate creative concepts, provide constructive feedback, and present ideas to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to pivot strategies, troubleshoot design challenges, and adapt to evolving brand and market needs
