Position Available: Property Specialist
- Our Premier Property Specialists will be part of our pioneer in-house sales team that is tasked to market and sell our luxury residential project, The Velaris Residences.
- They should be able to master the project, do virtual and face-to-face client presentations, in booth manning schedules, generate leads through various activities, and close sales.
- Being a part of a pioneer team presents career growth opportunities, should the company push forward and launch new projects.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- College graduate or have at least completed 2 years.
