Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Consolidate all weekly and monthly data and reports from applicable departments of Customer Service Division in relation to their defined KPI
- Precise and accurate Service Annuity reports submission in timely manner with respect to target due dates and person in charge
- Month-end performance analysis for Contract Administration, Meter Collection and Service Performance
- Knowledge transfer from Contract and MIF Management to assist in Contract Setup
- Quarterly review and update of all documented processes, procedures, forms, and work instructions of Customer Service Division in collaboration with the Process Excellence Team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- B. S. Industrial Engineering or B.S. Information Technology Graduate
- Exposure in Business Process Management and Business Intelligence Tool
- Experience in data handling, analysis & ability to visualize data and interpret informatively
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point. Intermediate knowledge in Excel formulas, function and techniques.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to warehouse inventory or accounting related tasks is an advantage.
