Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Primary in charge in receiving and acknowledging request from customers internally and externally {voiced);
- Creation of Service Orders and ticket according to the call received from customers and the job type that field CE will perform;
- Ensure accuracy of data encoded in the system;
- Creation and closing of Service Order for other job types such as Replacement of Parts, Installation, Visit & Others; as needed
- Provide assistance to other team members in case of absence, high transaction and documentation requirements
- Provide immediate technical (simple problems) and non-technical assistance to customers and ensure that concerns are being addressed properly and swiftly;
- Meet service response time thru timely encoding of service request to the system;
- Other task assigned by Superior from time to time to achieve objectives
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-year Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good oral and proficient written communication in English
- With high degree of integrity, good customer service and interpersonal skills
