Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides efficient and professional administrative support to Admin and operations Department.
- Manage front office operations.
- Acts as Receptionist and Security Officer.
- Maintain weekly schedule for employees.
- Acts as Time Keeping custodian.
- Monitor the company/site CCTV.
- Maintains office supply inventories.
- Initiate purchase requisition.
- Ensures preventive maintainance for operation's equipment.
- Distribute correspondence and memos.
- Plan and organize meetings and events.
- Liaise with local authorities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at Human Resource Management graduate or any related field.
- At least six (6) months working experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and has good attention to details.
