Actively seek and identify potential clients, prospects, and business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Maintain and foster professional relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to initiate, plan, and execute new and ongoing projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified timelines and budgets.
Prepare accurate project cost estimates and secure necessary approvals from clients in coordination with the client Account Manager and Procurement Manager.
Ensure proper approvals and documentation, including service contracts, terms of service documents, MOAs, etc., are obtained in collaboration with the client Account Manager.
Efficiently plan and implement all requirements for assigned projects, adhering to activation guidelines and client-agreed instructions, standards, processes, and schemes.
Play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for Rumble Royale and its clients, participating in campaign brainstorming and concept development for promotional campaigns/strategies.
Lead client calls and presentations with a compelling storytelling approach, showcasing the company's value proposition and expertise.
Continuously communicate, maintain, and develop client and partner relationships to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Supervise all activities within the assigned projects, including delegating responsibilities to associates, and collaborate with other divisions within the company to ensure smooth project execution.
Work closely with independent suppliers, publicists, venue partners, artist handlers, etc., in collaboration with the Procurement Manager to fulfill project requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferably a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in lead generation and business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and prospects.
Proven track record in executing successful development strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
Result-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent leadership qualities, taking ownership, and accountability for outcomes.
Proficiency in marketing operations and strategy planning.
Experience in Brand Activation and Event Management is preferred.
Familiarity with online channels such as social media, email, and content marketing for lead generation.
Essential skills in photo and video editing, content writing, and booth designs to enhance promotional materials.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently.A self-starter with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom is an advantage.
Photography and videography skills are highly advantageous.
Willing to report onsite at our Stronghold office in Xavierville, Quezon City
