Sales Analyst (US Shift)  

The Role: Sales Analyst (Night Shift)

The Team: Supporting global sales team on pipeline reporting, bank of business analysis and opportunity to quote processes. Ensure that the sales team adhere to internal policies when fulfilling customer’s needs.

The Impact: This position will be responsible for supporting the regional/strategic Americas commercial team, ensuring that Business Development Managers and Contract Support Specialist have support with their order to cash, Ad Hoc reports and bank inquiries. The candidate will be working in US hours.

What’s in it for you: To help sales reps on speedy and accurate processing of opportunity to quote procedure. Provide sales with reports/analysis on a need basis, to help them with sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Sales Activity & Operations

• Track performance daily of Net Sales
• Manages month close process (Commissions) – when applicable
• Tracking Product discontinuances – If required
• Reporting on Regional Initiatives
• General Performance Reports
• Year to date sales by individual, team, product, Commodity
• Preparation of presentation packs for monthly/quarterly meetings
• Ad hoc reports for sales, sales management & finance
• White Space Analysis / Gap Analysis
• Segmentation Analysis

Champion on Processes/ Systems

• Update teams on enhancements and new processes such as lead generation
• Investigate Billing Queries
• Preparation of reports for loading renewal leads
• Ensuring Data Governance / Compliance
• Assisting with Training and Sales Rep queries
• Following up system error’s logged by the commercial team.

Projects

• Sales and marketing initiatives
• Proposal template – developing & training
• Cover for other analysts
• Quote to Order

• Strong Excel (Pivots tables, Macros, If statements)
• Prior experience in sales support, systems, sales or business analyst role
• Experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality
• High degree of integrity
• Possesses strong analytic skills and attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and specific requirements
• Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports
• Strong written and oral communications skills a must
• Able to act proactively as well as be a creative thinker
• Preferred skills in using systems Sales Force and Einstein or Tableau
• Must be willing to work in Pasig, PH (Tiendesitas Area)
• Must be willing to work at Night Shift (9pm-6am)
