We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our Finance team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in office operations, helping with various administrative tasks while contributing to the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office databases.
- Support team members with special projects as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to report daily in Tunasan, Muntinlupa.
