Procurement Supervisor  

As a Procurement Supervisor, you will be responsible in handling sourcing, bidding, negotiating and procurement for the requirements of the bank to be able to purchase quality items at least possible cost. The role will contribute to the organization by the savings it brings in procuring these items for the Bank.

• Assesses an issue and seeks superior's guidance when needed prior to making a decision for a complex problem
• Immediately responds to all incoming emails and calls to ensure proper and on-time support is given
• Prepares monthly accomplishment report from data extracted in ERP system to gauge performance
• Conducts sourcing and bidding based on submitted requirements to supply business needs
• Negotiates for best cost without sacrificing quality and value
• Monitors supplier performance through follow up to ensure on-time delivery of services
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial, Computer Science or Information Technology, Business Studies, Commerce, Economics, Advertising, Creative Multimedia or Mass Communication
• With at least 4 years of relevant experience preferably handling marketing materials
• Knowledgeable on supply chain, bidding and negotiation process
• Skilled in negotiation, supplier management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to assess the best cost without sacrificing quality and value
