Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Sales Funnel Strategy and Management:

    Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closing.

    Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

    Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that attract and nurture leads effectively.

    2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach activities.

    Utilize various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, events) to generate leads.

    Qualify leads to ensure they fit the company's target market and business objectives.

    3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

    Engage with prospects through various communication channels to build interest and awareness about the company's offerings.

    Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.

    Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

    4. Collaboration and Coordination:

    Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion.

    Liaise with product development or service teams to stay updated on offerings and provide feedback from the market.

    5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    Track and report on sales activities and pipeline status using CRM tools.

    Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives in relation to the sales funnel.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a focus on sales funnel management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the specific industry or market the company operates in.
