Accounting Supervisor  

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepares accurate and timely profit and loss reports on a recurring basis and provides insights and recommendations for improving the company's financial performance.
• Reviews adjusting entries, aging schedules, trial balance, payroll entries and other reports that may be assigned by the accounting manager.

Internal Controls and Compliance

• Implements internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

Accounting Operations

• Reviews in detail the vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents prepared by the associates.
• Reviews payouts for dropshippers, suppliers and affiliates and submits to the manager for approval.
• Prepares reconciliation of accounts.

Tax Planning and Legal Compliance

• Reviews tax schedules and returns in compliance to tax laws and requirements.

Team Management

• Directly monitors, reviews, and evaluates accounting associates' reports and works.
• Participates in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed by the company.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or Business Administration.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Has working knowledge of Accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Has 2-3 years experience in accounting
• Has experience in preparing tax returns.
• 1-2 years experience in team and people management
• Adept in using accounting systems and other related software.
• Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
