- Assists in developing project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies, by supporting senior team members and leveraging agile methodologies such as Scrum or waterfall as directed.
- Collaborates with stakeholders under guidance to gather and document project requirements, contributing to the definition of project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and success.
- Supports the creation of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and/or user stories, working alongside senior team members to break down project tasks into manageable components.
- Assists in identifying potential risks and uncertainties that may impact the project, contributing to the preparation of contingency plans and alternative approaches as part of the project team.
- Supports the determination of resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, and budget, by assisting senior team members and providing input to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assists in defining quality standards and metrics for project deliverables by supporting senior team members in establishing quality assurance processes and checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supports the development and execution of a communication plan by assisting in the preparation of regular updates, progress reports, and issue-resolution summaries, helping to ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Assists in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, issue logs, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents, ensuring they are accurate and up to date under the supervision of senior team members.
- Collaborates with development and testing teams to support the resolution of issues and the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Computer Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with Project Management certification
- Preferably with 1 year experience in managing and leading the delivery of Technology projects
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management etc.
- Experience in project management tools and softwares (ClickUp, Lark, Jira, etc.) and familiar with project management methodologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Able to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
