- Develops and refines a content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience, ensuring that content remains fresh and relevant.
- Writes compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals in collaboration with the creative team.
- Writes clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various mediums, including advertisements, websites, social media, brochures, emails, and more.
- Plans and schedules content in the assigned platforms like websites, social media, emails, and ads to maintain and nurture sellers and potential sellers in the funnel.

Uses social media analytics tools to monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.

Ensures that all social media content and interactions adhere to legal and ethical guidelines and the brand's policies.

Conducts research to find potential influencers who align with the brand's values and target demographics.

Evaluates influencers' reach, engagement, and authenticity.

Provides influencers with brand guidelines and messaging to ensure consistency.

Reviews influencer’s content before it is posted to ensure it meets brand standards and legal requirements.

Monitors campaign performance, including engagement metrics, reach, and ROI.

Ensures that influencers are compensated as per the agreed terms.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in content creation, digital marketing or related field.
- Content creation skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in content creation tools and platforms, graphic design software etc.
- Ability to produce high quality content that engages and resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
