As a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter, you embody our company's mission, guiding individuals considering participation in clinical trials. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that potential participants are well-informed, comfortable, and ready to contribute to advancements in medical science. This position will be immensely fulfilling if you're passionate about healthcare and thrive in roles that mix communication with compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with potential candidates to communicate the value and importance of clinical trials.

Conduct initial screening to assess candidate eligibility based on specific trial criteria.

Address inquiries and reassure candidates, many of whom may be new to the clinical trial process.

Schedule and coordinate screening appointments, ensuring a seamless transition into the trial phase.

Maintain meticulous records of interactions and consent, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in data handling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related fields; BSN/RN or equivalent clinical experience preferred.

• Proficiency in medical terminology and a background in healthcare (e.g., RN, Pharmacy Technician).

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both oral and written forms.

• Understanding of GCP regulatory requirements, with GCP Certification highly favored.
