Customer Service Assistant  

Customer Service Assistant is responsible for receiving queries, requests, and complaints from clients via email.

• Receive queries, requests, and complaints from clients via email
• Provide appropriate response to clients and take appropriate action for each call
• Coordinate with appropriate resource for resolution of urgent concerns
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Protect sensitive information that must not be disclosed to Clients/Non-Clients/Sellers
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Endorse completed tickets to immediate superior for proper review
• Endorse completed tickets to the Concerned Departments/Units (at least after one year of service)
• Reply to emails within at least 72 hours from receipt

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Willing to accept new graduates!
• Having a background in customer service is a plus! We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Amenable to working in Pasay City and collaborating with the team.
