• Maintaining accurate transportation records and reports.
• Managing and supervising drivers and driver assistants.
• Maintaining communication with customers and suppliers regarding transportation needs and issues.
• Managing transportation budgets and costs.
• Identifying areas for improvement in transportation operations and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
