What are your responsibilities?
As Human Capital Specialist, you are responsible for recruiting and staffing, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, employee development and training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy compliance, and general HR administration.

Kualifikasi Minimum
What do you need to bring to the table?
- Minimum education: bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management or related field.
- Have at least 1 year experience in a similar job.
- Mastering Behavioral Event Interview/interview techniques for employee selection.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Have analytical thinking and accuracy.
- Professional, high integrity and responsible.
