Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a fast-growing e-commerce and salon business.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, daily transactions, and expenses
- Perform administrative support functions (payment preparations, entries, and reconciliations)
- Update and maintain the accounting database and files with data entry and reports
- Handle weekly and monthly reports, audits
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study

1-3 years of experience working in Accounting

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

Proficiency in accounting software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Highly detail-oriented with excellent numerical skills

Good time management skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
