Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Present, promote and sell products/machines using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Know our product by heart and be able to explain and conduct demo to prospective clients
- Performing cost-benefits analysis of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future sales
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Reach out to doctors that can lead future sales
- Expedite the resolution of customer with problems and complains to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and machines
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Provide the needed report such as weekly sales for submission to the CEO.
- Continuously improve on sales performance through feedback and strategy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Dependable and honest
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Knows how to prioritize and is excellent at time management
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Openness to feedback and a positive attitude
- Dynamic and willing to undergo training
