Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Can handle multiple projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Support project managers in evaluating project outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2+ years experience in project coordination or related roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
