- Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective clients through field visits and meetings.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports to identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Needs Assessment: Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead Generation Support: Assist in finding solid profiles of sales professionals who are well-versed in handling lead generation, sales, and marketing.
- Fieldwork: Conduct regular field visits to engage with clients, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
- Feedback Implementation: Continuously improve through feedback from clients and team members.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven work at least 3 years experience as a Sales Professional or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
