Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and document business processes to ensure effi ciency, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as the HIPAA Compliance Offi cer, ensuring all policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements for handling protected health information (PHI).
  • Serve as the Data Privacy Offi cer, implementing and maintaining data protection policies in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Analyze and optimize workfl ows, identifying areas for automation and improvement in daily operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core business functions.
  • Train employees on compliance and best practices, ensuring adherence to data security, privacy, and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor and audit process eff ectiveness, providing recommendations to improve effi ciency and maintain compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy laws) and advise on risk management strategies.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • At least 2 years of experience developing and documenting business processes in a Healthcare BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, data privacy regulations, and patient confi dentiality guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) for documentation, training, and collaboration.
  • Proven quality assurance (QA) skills in a BPO setting, with the ability to identify gaps and ensure process effi ciency.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance procedures.
  • Preferably knows the healthcare industry, including common workfl ows in healthcare support services.
  • Preferably experienced with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Preferably has experience in training and supporting virtual assistants, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance.
