We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Delivery Manager with extensive business analysis capabilities to spearhead the implementation and ongoing management of our service offerings. Our focus is on delivering professional services and GenAI applications to clients in the financial services and capital markets sectors. This pivotal role is instrumental in elevating client satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and optimizing our delivery of both traditional professional services and cutting-edge GenAI solutions tailored for the financial services and capital markets industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end professional service delivery projects from initiation to completion, focusing on various segments of the financial services and capital markets value chain and GenAI applications
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple concurrent high-stakes projects, including GenAI implementations in financial services and capital markets
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to align service delivery with sophisticated client needs in the financial services and capital markets sectors, identifying strategic opportunities for GenAI integration
• Craft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for complex professional services and GenAI engagements in financial services and capital markets
• Produce and present comprehensive project status reports to executive stakeholders,
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of services and GenAI solutions across various financial services and capital market segments
• Analyze and enhance service performance metrics across the professional services and GenAI application portfolio for financial services and capital markets clients
• Proactively manage risks and resolve complex issues that may impact service delivery in the context of financial services and capital markets operations and GenAI implementations
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement cutting-edge project management tools and methodologies to optimize service delivery efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on professional services delivery for the financial services or capital markets sectors
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Demonstrable experience in implementing GenAI solutions (must-have)
• In-depth understanding of GenAI technologies and their practical applications (must-have)
• Strong business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive SOWs and MOUs for sophisticated financial services, capital markets, and GenAI engagements
• Experience in developing project reports and designing intuitive dashboards for financial services clients, including AI-driven analytics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills, particularly with financial institutions and market participants
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement project management tools and methodologies to improve service delivery
• Track record of successful collaboration with data science and machine learning teams in delivering GenAI solutions (must-have)
