Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- End to end recruitment
- Discuss job offer to qualified applicants, prepare and facilitate contracts, requirement and pre-employment orientation
- Onboarding of New Hire employees
- Maintain employee information
- Prepare and process the statutory benefits and requirements for loans, claims and reports in SSS, PHIC and HDMH on a monthly basis
- Ensure compliance with the applicable government regulations
- Strict monitoring in the implementation of company guidelines and policies
- Monitoring of time keeping and leave credits
- Assist and participate in organizing company activities such as company outing, trainings and events
- Administer all appropriate documentation in relation to monthly reports, filling systems and other relevant documents
- Can do other functions as required by the head
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in editing marketing collaterals thru Adobe Photoshop (or Canva)
- Familiar with social media platforms and other hiring website
- Highly organized with excellent management skills

We are Terroir Wine Merchant corp, a boutique wine importer and distributor of fine wine in the Philippines. We specialize highly in wines that speaks of its origin, and uniqueness, wines that we believe to be a good representative of its terroir. We specialize in Burgundy and Champagne wines from France but we equally represent some great winemaker from different wine regions of the world.
