Position
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Executive to lead our dynamic Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to handle complex customer interactions. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of Customer Service Representatives, provide guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Customer Service Representatives, provide feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Interactions: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolve issues in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the Customer Service department and implement effective solutions to improve service quality.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on team performance, customer feedback, and service metrics.
Training and Development: Develop and implement new employee training programs and provide ongoing training to existing employees to maintain high standards of service.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Compliance: Ensure the Customer Service team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
