Your role and responsibilities:
- Policy & Risk Management
- Review and handle corporate policies while developing new policies
- Identify potential risks to the organization’s strategy and developing plans to mitigate risks
- Environmental Scanning
- Research and analyze trends, internal and external information related to the business to understand industry landscape and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Governance
- Preparation and completion of all compliance requirements, monitoring and reporting
- Reports/Records Management/Logistics
- Consolidation and preparation of internal and external reports, progress and meeting minutes, etc.
- Prepare and support all logistics requirements for corporate meetings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- You are a graduate of BS Economics, BS Applied Corporate Management or BS Business Economics
- Knowledge on Corporate governance is an advantage.
- Relevant background in regulatory and compliance is an asset.
Skills required:
- High-level critical thinking skill
- Highly organized, detail oriented & adaptable
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Must have business and finance know-how
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Skill advantages:

TMP's head office and manufacturing plant are located inside the 82-hectare Toyota Special Economic Zone (TSEZ) in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
