HR Officer (Organizational Development)
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding

  • Revision of the New Hire Orientation (Materials, Format, etc.)
  • Coordinate the scheduling of the HR speakers for the NHO
  • NHO Evaluation
  • Periodic pulse check of new hires to identify NHO effectivity and surface concerns
  • Conduct 30-60-90 day check-up of new hires
  • Applicant experience evaluation

2. Talent Management

  • Job profile management
  • Competency assessment
  • JD creation
  • 360 competency assessment
  • Talent review
  • Succession Planning

3. HR Communications

  • Formulation of HR communications consistent with HR philosophy and/or change initiative

Kualifikasi Minimum

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Must have experience in Organizational Development.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in EDSA / MANDALUYONG / PASIG.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
