Follow up daily operational: Analysis, research, and reply chat and comment.
Create monthly report and other report requested.
Communicate with client.
Provide data.
Create and monitor operasional.
Do operational if needed.
Check and mantain quality operational.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Educational Background Min. S1 Any Major.
Have a good communication skills.
Have a good Computer skills
Have a sense of Reporting, Analysis and Research skills.
Experience in Social Media are prefered.
Experience in Contact center are prefered.
Fluent in English both Speaking and writing.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
