The Accountant shall provide support to the accounting department of Transnational Air Services Corporation (TASC-ANA) by handling daily accounting tasks and responsibilities that generally include preparing and monitoring financial transactions and statutory requirements. He or she shall also be responsible for updating and maintaining finance and accounting records.
- With deep knowledge of the latest Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Monitors, ensures closing of AOE-Personal and AOE-Operational accounts in a timely manner.
- Monitoring of Daily disbursements and ensures all disbursements are recorded.
- Prepares and monitors Deferred VAT and Deferred withholding tax expanded.
- Ensures all transactions in the Deferred VAT and Deferred withholding tax expanded are recorded in a timely manner.
- Prepares, monitors, collects and submit status of weekly AR Ageing report.
- Monitors and ensures billing and production reports accuracy.
- Prepares monthly SSS/HDMF/PHIC remittances.
- Prepares Journal Entries.
- Ensure completeness of CWT.
- Verifies AP Monitoring Report.
- Ensure accuracy of bank account number used for uploading of disbursement.
- Ensure all disbursement have corresponding official receipts.
- Ensure completeness of Accounting Records.
- Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably CPA
- With at least 6 moths of related work experience
- Willing to work in Makati
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
