Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Human Resources Manager for NYK-TDG Philippines, Inc. shall be responsible for the following:

Overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Spearheading talent acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent within the travel industry.
Driving organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Managing employee relations and act as a mediator in conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of 4 year course related to Psychology / Behavioral Science / Social Science or any related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
Proven experience in Organizational Development, with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
Working Knowledge of Labor Laws, Performance Management, Basic HR Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Willing to be assigned in Laguna area

Kualifikasi Minimum

Education: Four-year course related to Psychology/ Behavioral Science/ Social Science. Master’s Degree in Psychology/ Industrial / Organizational Psychology preferred

Experience: Five years of work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the IT/BPO industry and has a strong background in the following; (1) Job Evaluation, (2) Organizational Development, (3) Project Management of HRIS
