Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineering, QA, data, and designer to deliver / improve products.
- Monitoring metrics and target and making sure the team achieving it.
- Prioritize product to be built based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Lead and conduct research toward the user to get user’s pain and point of view.
- Being the go-to person for questions related to the product built.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- > 2 years in product management role;
- Graduated from informatics or computer science, as well as MBA, is preferred;
- Attention to detail and customer-oriented, having willingness to talk with the customers;
- Understanding of programming, database is a plus;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
