Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Assistant Product Manager is responsible for managing assigned brands, ensuring profit contribution and growth of assigned brands.
This is done through quality marketing plan and timely implementation of programs, in close coordination with internal & external customers and regular monitoring of stock inventory and advertising expense budget. Included in the scope is building brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Educational Background: Medical related, Business or Marketing degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years work experience in a marketing position preferably in pharmaceuticals or FMCG
- Must have good communication skills, sales ability/persuasiveness, background on Ethical and Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Innovation, Negotiating and Project Management
- Must be creative, have integrity, good analysis, good in building partnership, resources management & good interpersonal skills
