Virtual Done Well is a Philippines based business that provides support services to SME’s (Small to Medium Enterprises).Virtual Done Well is owned and managed day to day by Filipino owners of the business. The business is supported by Australian Directors who helped found the company.The Australia based Directors of Virtual Done Well had already tried virtual outsourcing and were very pleased with the results. But they were concerned about the conditions in which the staff were working and the low salary levels the staff received, even by Philippines standards. So they decided to set up their own outsourcing business to support their Australian operations. But it would need to be different. Working conditions for staff would have to be good. Paid holidays would be given to all staff from Day 1. And staff salaries would be some of the best in the Industry.
