Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource department.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Drafting job vacancies before posting vacancies on the Internet is an important duty of a recruitment officer.
- Develop job ads before putting them out before putting them out on different advertising platforms.
- Communicate with public employment services, tie up witth NGO's and schools when necessary.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Industrial Psychology or any behavioral Science course;
- With experience in recruitment and other HR functions;
- Very organized person;
- Analytical and keen to details;
- Can handle pressures and can work independently;
- Experience in retail/distribution business is an advantage;
- Team player;
- Willing to work in Taguig;
