Project Engineer  

The Project Engineer takes the lead in the execution of the group's water and wastewater projects. Assigned to take charge of overall coordination of human and material resources, and alignment with the relevant company policies and processes, to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project plan and appropriate tools to track progress of assigned projects.
2. Day-to-day coordination and management of third party suppliers/vendors/contractors and internal company resources
3. Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner, within scope and within budget.
4. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
5. Lead the review and management of contractors' commisioning plans, performance and acceptance test procedures.
6. Ensure execution of projects based on standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
7. Perform risk managemnt to minimize project risks
8. Attentive to details, articulate and strong communication, negotiation skillls / coordination skills. Able to align with all project stakeholders, third party contractors, consultants, and internal customers.

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering;
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 5-8 years of experience relevant to infrastructure, water, and or/ waste water
• Project Management Professional Certification is an advantage.
