- Analyze given business problems, and generate insights and recommendations for the business team by using analytics tools and applying analytics techniques to a collection of large structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Perform data science project development processes, including Exploratory Data Analysis, data cleansing, model development, and deployment using a combination of SQL and R/Python.
- Conduct exploratory research/analysis to determine the best fit model to solve a particular business problem.
- Monitor the performance of the model in the production environment
- Continuously improve the process for model development, validation, and analysis
- Present findings to the team and business unit through visual data story-telling
- Collaborating actively across functional partners and senior management to accomplish various project objectives
- Develop descriptive analytics visualization to support self-service BI platform development
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, Engineering or another quantitative field
- Strong problem solving skills
- Have minimum 1 years of working experience as Data Scientist or Data Analyst
- Familiar with Experience working with PySpark, ETL tools, Apache Airflow, DBT, Azure Data Pipeline, Databricks, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, PowerBI, Looker Studio.
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, Spark, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.)
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
