- Lead and manage project teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, leveraging your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee project execution, track progress, and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Utilize your leadership abilities to inspire and guide your team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Work on-site (WFO) to ensure hands-on project oversight and effective team coordination.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT.
- Proven experience in project management, with hands-on development experience.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and/or PSAK74.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
