Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the entire testing process from designing manual tests, developing automation scripts, and executing tests for both backend and frontend systems.
- Perform both automation and manual testing for various components of the application, ensuring quality, performance, and functionality standards are met.
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios, execute tests, and analyze results to ensure that software functions as expected and meets quality criteria.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage for backend and frontend applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring all areas of the application are thoroughly tested.
- Track and report defects, working closely with developers and other team members to ensure they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Use Azure DevOps to plan and integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that tests are part of the continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Test backend systems developed in Golang, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and integration with other system components.
- Perform investigatory testing of unreleased features, including defining their requirements, expected behaviors, and impacts on the system.
- Document and design detailed test cases and scenarios for new features and system improvements, ensuring clear communication of testing activities and results.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field from a reputable university.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance or similar position.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing for both backend and frontend applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with designing, developing, and executing automation scripts.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test planning and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in backend development testing, particularly in Golang.
- Ability to create detailed test plans and test cases and manage defect tracking.
- Skilled in creating and analyzing test scenarios to ensure high-quality products.
- Experience in investigatory testing and defining requirements for new or unreleased features.
- Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration, working closely with developers, product managers, customer support, and external partners.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly document and design test scenarios for new features or improvements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
