Qualifications:

Must at least be 18 years of age
Must have completed at least High School
Must have at least 6 months call center experience, handling sales account or doing hard-selling
Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Completed at least 2nd year college
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
Fresh graduates with good communication skills and knows how to sell/persuade people are welcome
Must be willing to work in Muñoz, Quezon City

Skills Required:

Facilitates interactions with customers in a way that is in accordance with the client’s service delivery strategy.
Establishes rapport and promotes effective relationships, upholding the client’s commitment to the customer experience through surveys and customer guarantee.
Responsible for accurately and confidently handling customer inquiries.
Promotes company products and services and makes recommendations that meet customer needs.
Relates well to the customer, demonstrates a favorable image of the company through the effective use of soft skills, (Including active listening and problem solving skills) professional communications and internal/external customer interactions.
