1. Supervises the daily activity of the R&D team and ensures that all practices are in accordance to good laboratory standards.
2. Reviews generated reports and technical works submitted and other pertinent work instructions and procedures.
3. Approve the release of samples for client testing.
Kualifikasi Minimum
-
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Chemistry, Food Technology, Nutrition and Chemical Engineering

With at least five (5) years research and development work experience in food industry
-
At least three (3) years experience in a supervisory role

Possesses analytical and creative thinking in making sound technical decisions.

With innovative and creative learning

With good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong scientific and laboratory skills
