Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Manage and coordinate time in executing and producing Consult project outputs.
2. Assist the Consult Manager in improving the Consult team's work process.
3. Resolve problems and make decisions related to the Consult team project.
4. Provide advice to the Consult Manager in implementing ongoing Consult projects.
5. Identify strength and capacity gaps within the Consult project team.
6. Assist the Consult Manager in identifying Consult service market trends and implementing initiatives to meet market needs.
7. Manage the Consult project budget.
8. Maintain relationships with each project's Key Accounts.
9. Take initiatives to increase the value of the Consult team (like personal branding, displaying insights, etc.).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor or Master degree of Environmental Engineering or any major related.
- Have experience at least 3 years in the same field (Green Job industry preferred).
- Well adaptive and have high mobility skills.
- Strong analytical thinker and excellent problem solver.
- Good communication, networking and presentation skills.
