- Develop and update the development plan (roadmap) and documentation of digital product development implementation.
- Identify stakeholder needs to be mapped to the digital product development plan.
- Plan and implement projects in the digital product roadmap in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate every process of digital product development and implementation.
- Conduct analysis and assessment of digital product usage and provide recommendations for system improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant business leaders to encourage the development of digital products that can increase added value to achieve business goals.
- Identify and develop digitalized and integrated business systems and processes efficiently & effectively.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Communication Science, or other related majors.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in developing and managing digital tools/digital products.
- Experienced with digital collaboration tools such as Google workspace and ERP.
- Having certifications related to Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Science would be a plus.
- Have good communication and analytical skills.
- Interested working in the Sustainability Industry would be a plus.
