- Mapping business development potential with market penetration, product development, and business diversification approaches.
- Conducting business analysis as a basis for consideration to assess the level of project feasibility, including financial, operational, market and social-environmental impact aspects.
- Developing project implementation concepts and strategies that are in accordance with Waste4Change's vision and mission.
- Establish, maintain and represent Waste4Change in relationships with business stakeholders, including government, local communities, investors, and potential partners to support the sustainability of the project.
- Leading the preparation of the set-up phase in the business development process, ensuring smooth operations before the project runs.
- Preparing the handover or onboarding process to the operational team after a business agreement is reached to ensure an effective transition.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development, corporate strategy, or market expansion.
- Understand the principles of Business Development Ansoff Matrix.
- Strong analytical skills in reading market trends and business opportunities.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in complex project management.
- Excellent in public speaking and as a facilitator agenda.
