Daily Task
- BIR Compliance (1601C, 0619E, 1601EQ, 2250M/Q; 1702Q and all necessary attachments)
- Preparation of form 2307, 2306 and alphalist etc.
- Ensures the correctness of records in Quickbooks & SAP
- Fixed Assets Tagging
- Payroll
- BIR Representation
- Assist in preparation of interim and year-end financial statements
- Monthly audit of books and coordination with external auditor
- Implement and ensure internal control of the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Internal Auditing, Taxation and prepapration of Financial Statement
- Knowledgeable and understand accounting and Philippine tax principles and regulations
- Knowledgeable on QuickBooks and SAP software
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyse data.
- Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Organized, detail-oriented and independent
