Responsibilities might include:
1. Business Analysis: Analyzing and documenting current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions
2. Project Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
3. Executive Support: Assisting executives with administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing reports, and handling communication
4. Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and improve business operations
5. Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between different teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination
6. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing efficiency-enhancing measures
7. Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for business processes, project plans, and executive correspondence
8. Problem-Solving: Addressing operational issues, resolving conflicts, and finding solutions to challenges
Kualifikasi Minimum
This role requires a diverse skill set that combines analytical thinking, assertiveness, project management expertise, and strong organizational and communication skills..
- Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Media and Creatives, etc.)
- Must be willing to work graveyard shift
- Can start immediately
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
